About the Role
Lead 10-person DevOps team supporting continuous delivery for mobile banking platform. Drive observability initiatives while optimizing developer productivity through advanced tooling. Your leadership enables rapid innovation for 2M+ banking customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage GitOps implementation for K8s clusters
- Oversee $1.5M cloud infrastructure budget
- Implement service mesh architecture
- Establish SLO/SLI standards across 200+ services
- Develop CI/CD strategy for microservices
- Mentor engineers through career development
- Ensure PCI-DSS/SOC2 compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years DevOps leadership in financial services
- Deep AWS and infrastructure security expertise
- Proficiency in ArgoCD/FluxCD and service mesh
- Fintech regulatory compliance experience
- Experience scaling CI/CD for 100+ developers
- Bachelor’s in CS or engineering
- Effective cross-functional leadership
