About the Role
We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team. In this role, you’ll analyze financial data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve business performance. Your insights will support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position offers excellent growth potential in corporate finance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial data and create forecasting models
- Identify trends and recommend improvements for profitability
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning processes
- Monitor KPIs and prepare variance analysis
- Develop financial models to support business decisions
- Collaborate with department managers on financial matters
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years experience in financial analysis role
- Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
- Experience with financial reporting systems (e.g., ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to present complex information clearly
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
