About the Role
Join BrightCare Health Services as a Certified Nursing Assistant, providing essential support to patients and nurses in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and ensure a compassionate care environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support patient mobility and transfers
- Document care provided in electronic health records
- Collaborate with RNs and LPNs on care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Massachusetts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in long-term care preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Physical stamina for patient transfers
- Excellent communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
