About the Role
Oversee our global cybersecurity infrastructure, protecting sensitive financial data for 10M+ users. Implement Zero Trust architecture while balancing usability and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead incident response team
- Design security awareness training programs
- Audit IAM policies and access controls
- Evaluate SIEM solutions
- Coordinate red team/blue team exercises
- Liaise with legal on GDPR/CCPA compliance
- Manage $3M+ security tooling budget
Requirements
- CISSP or CISM certification
- 8+ years in cybersecurity
- Expertise in NIST CSF and ISO 27001
- Proficiency with CrowdStrike/Palo Alto tools
- Cloud security architecture experience
- Financial services background preferred
- Active Top Secret clearance
