About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent for The Oceanview Hotel, you’ll deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm welcomes, seamless check-ins, and thoughtful problem resolution. Join our team committed to hospitality excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet incoming guests with genuine warmth
- Process reservations and expedite check-in procedures
- Provide local area insights and concierge recommendations
- Resolve reservations discrepancies and guest complaints
- Verify credit card payments accurately
- Maintain front desk inventory of room keys, vouchers and promotional materials
- Support housekeeping with room readiness inquiries
- Upsell hotel services and event packages
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years hotel reception experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin a plus
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with PMS software
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork spirit
- Adaptability to work flexible shifts including holidays
