Responsibilities
- Lead $1B+ cross-border M&A transactions
- Develop C-suite relationships with Fortune 500 clients
- Oversee financial modeling teams for LBO valuations
- Structure ESG-focused capital raises and IPOs
- Coordinate with ECM/DCM teams on financing packages
Requirements
- 15+ years IBD experience with VP+ title at peer firm
- MBA from HBS/Wharton/Stanford preferred
- Proven track record closing 10+ $500M+ deals
- Deep relationships with PE firms and corporate CFOs
- Series 79/63 certifications
