About the Role
We are hiring a Financial Analyst to support our finance team. In this role, you will perform financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure financial health and growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports and forecasts
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Collaborate with department heads to set budgets
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends
- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Proven experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
