Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Manage and coordinate construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers
- Oversee project progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and review progress reports, contract documents, and other project-related documents
- troubleshoot and resolve project issues as they arise
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed
