About the Role
Lead high-stakes M&A and capital markets transactions for Fortune 500 clients in Goldman Sachs’ flagship banking division. Drive strategic deal-making in a global financial hub.
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of $1B+ leveraged buyouts and IPOs
- Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives at major corporations
- Structure complex financial models for valuation analysis
- Manage teams of analysts/associates on live deals
- Identify emerging sector trends and revenue opportunities
Requirements
- 15+ years in investment banking with proven deal sheet
- Expertise in TMT or Healthcare verticals
- MBA from top-tier program (preferred)
- Series 79 & 63 licenses
- Existing Rolodex of corporate decision-makers
