About the Role
Bright Futures Academy seeks a dedicated Elementary School Teacher to foster a nurturing learning environment. Lead classroom instruction, develop lesson plans, and collaborate with staff to support student success in grades K-3.
Responsibilities
- Design age-appropriate curricula aligned with state standards
- Conduct formative and summative assessments
- Maintain regular parent-teacher communication
- Supervise classroom activities and field trips
- Implement differentiated instruction strategies
- Participate in professional development workshops
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education
- Valid state teaching certification (grades K-5)
- 2+ years classroom experience preferred
- Familiarity with STEM education principles
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Clear background check
