About the Role
Work with Community Wellness Initiative as a Public Health Educator to promote health awareness and prevention programs. You will develop and deliver educational materials and workshops to improve community health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement health education programs.
- Conduct workshops and presentations for diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with community organizations and schools.
- Collect and analyze data to assess program effectiveness.
- Create educational materials (e.g., brochures, videos).
- Advocate for public health policies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in health education.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of community health issues and resources.
- Ability to work with diverse populations.
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred.
