About the Role
Palmetto Resorts seeks a Front Desk Manager for our Myrtle Beach oceanfront property. Lead our guest services team to deliver exceptional check-in experiences while optimizing room revenue through upselling strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage 10+ front desk agents
- Handle guest complaints
- Optimize room assignments
- Train staff on PMS software
- Analyze daily occupancy reports
- Implement upsell strategies
- Coordinate with housekeeping
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency with Opera PMS
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexibility for evening shifts
- Knowledge of revenue management
- Excellent customer service
- High school diploma required
