About the Role
Join Apple’s retail team at our 5th Avenue store in San Jose as a Sales Associate. Provide exemplary customer service, product knowledge of Apple devices, and support merchandising initiatives. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and navigation of Apple services
- Set up product displays and ensure stock visibility
- Conduct product demonstrations for iPhone/MacBook/iWatch
- Process transactions using Apple Pay POS systems
- Provide troubleshooting guidance for iCloud/iOS support
- Coordinate with Genius Bar appointments for advanced technical support
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months retail sales experience preferred
- Strong understanding of Apple’s ecosystem (hardware/software)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to handle fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency with Apple POS/CRM tools
- Availability for weekend/holiday shifts
- Collaboration skills for team-based projects
