Job Description
About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and provide essential care to patients in a skilled nursing facility. You’ll assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support RNs and LPNs in delivering quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
- Document care provided accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of patient areas
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of CNA experience preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
