About the Role
Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Support RNs with daily tasks, ensure patient comfort, and maintain clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Document patient intake/output
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans
- Maintain cleanliness of patient areas
- Respond to patient call lights promptly
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in Arizona
- High school diploma or GED
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- 6+ months clinical experience preferred
- Strong bedside manner
