About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will support physicians and registered nurses in delivering compassionate and efficient healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and administer medications
- Assist with patient assessments and treatment plans
- Provide wound care and treatments as directed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met
- Educate patients and families on healthcare plans and recovery
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of employment
- 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
