About the Role
Lead the development of scalable web applications for a fast-growing fintech platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize features that serve millions of users. This role directly impacts our product’s security, performance, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
- Develop responsive front-end components using React.js
- Optimize PostgreSQL database queries and caching strategies
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
- Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks
- Collaborate with product managers on feature specifications
Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in Node.js, Python, or Go
- Deep understanding of AWS or Google Cloud infrastructure
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases
- Strong knowledge of system design patterns
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
