About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and drive employee engagement and development. You will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, and implement HR strategies that support our organizational goals.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Experience with HR software like SAP or Workday
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant HR certifications like SHRM or PHR
