About the Role
Lead complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions for Fortune 500 clients in Skadden’s top-ranked Corporate Practice Group.
Responsibilities
- Manage due diligence for $1B+ transactions
- Draft shareholder agreements and SEC filings
- Advise on antitrust implications of mergers
- Negotiate earn-out provisions and indemnities
- Supervise associate teams across multiple jurisdictions
Requirements
- J.D. from Top 14 law school
- 8+ years M&A experience at AmLaw 100 firm
- Admitted to DC Bar or eligibility to waive in
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred
- Experience with SPAC transactions required
