About the Role
As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a critical role in growing our company by attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and external recruiting agencies
- Conduct phone screens and interviews, and make hiring recommendations
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
- Provide recruitment metrics and insights to inform hiring strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring talent for tech positions
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
