About the Role
Join our team as a Product Manager to drive the development of innovative healthcare technology solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from strategy to execution. Your ability to understand user needs, market trends, and technical capabilities will be crucial in delivering products that improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Gather and prioritize product requirements
- Work with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Coordinate with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies
- Monitor product performance and optimize based on metrics
- Serve as liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Make strategic data-driven decisions about product development
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in healthcare tech
- Proven track record managing all aspects of successful products
- Strong technical background with ability to understand architectural concepts
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
