About the Role
Our AI Lab seeks a Research Scientist to push boundaries in natural language processing and generative models. You’ll conduct original research, publish papers, and contribute to products impacting millions of users globally.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel ML algorithms
- Publish research at top conferences
- Collaborate with applied ML engineers
- Mentor junior researchers
- Identify promising research directions
- Secure research grants and partnerships
Requirements
- PhD in AI, Computer Science or related
- Strong publication record in NLP/ML
- Expertise in PyTorch/JAX
- Experience with large language models
- Mathematical foundation in ML
- Ability to translate research to applications
