About the Role
As a Public Relations Specialist, you will develop and execute strategic communications plans to promote our organization and its initiatives. You will manage media relations, create content, and engage with stakeholders to amplify our brand and messages.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic communications plans
- Pitch story ideas and secure media coverage
- Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communications materials
- Craft and distribute social media content
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and impact
- Engage with stakeholders, including employees, partners, and the public
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in public relations, marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent media relations and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends
