About the Role
Provide direct patient care, monitor patient health, and administer medications. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assess and record patient symptoms, and administer treatments.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes in health status.
- Administer medications and follow proper protocols.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Ensure patient comfort and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Coordinate care with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
- Active RN license in the state of employment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- CPR and BLS certification.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift patients.
- Attention to detail and clinical reasoning skills.
