About the Role
We’re seeking a UX Design Director to lead our design team and shape the user experience across our product portfolio. In this strategic role, you’ll define our design vision, establish best practices, and ensure a cohesive user experience. Your leadership will elevate our design maturity and help create products that delight users while driving business results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the UX vision and strategy
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers and researchers
- Establish design processes, standards, and best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership on strategy
- Ensure designs meet usability and accessibility standards
- Represent the design perspective in executive discussions
- Oversee user research initiatives to inform design decisions
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 10+ years of UX design experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX leadership and impact
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies
- Experience building and managing high-performing design teams
- Strong understanding of design systems and UI frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
