About the Role
Mid-level Production Supervisor needed to oversee daily operations on our manufacturing floor. Lead a team of production workers while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in our food processing facility.
Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 production workers
- Monitor production quality standards
- Enforce safety protocols
- Train new employees
- Adjust production schedules as needed
- Report on shift production metrics
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
Requirements
- 3+ years manufacturing experience
- 1+ years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of GMP standards
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexibility for shift work
- Food industry experience preferred
