Job Description
About the Role
Create intuitive and engaging user experiences through design and research methods. Collaborate with product managers, engineers and researchers to translate complex concepts into user-friendly and meaningful designs that meet user needs and business goals. Focus on improving end-to-end usability and interface consistency across cross-platform products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, analysis and journey mapping to define user personas and pain points
- Create wireframes, prototypes and interaction models to support user flows
- Develop visual design concepts through sketching, ideation and digital modeling
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate designs into code
- Measure and iterate designs based on UX metrics, heuristic evaluation and usability testing
- Develop design systems, style guide and component libraries for consistency across platforms
- Document UI patterns, conventions and reusable components
- Stay current with user experience trends, best practices and emerging technologies
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in UX design and user research
- Proficiency with Figma,Sketch, Adobe XD and other visual design tools
- Strong experience in interaction design with complex workflows
- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility and information architecture
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
