About the Role
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in both residential and commercial properties. Solve complex plumbing issues through diagnostic troubleshooting and system upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Install new plumbing fixtures and systems in construction projects
- Repair leaks, broken pipes and clogged drains
- Inspect plumbing systems and identify repair needs
- Read blueprints and schematics to follow installation guidelines
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Assist with estimating materials and labor for new jobs
- Collaborate with contractors and building managers
Requirements
- Valid plumber’s license and certification in state
- 4+ years of plumbing experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual skills
- Knowledge of plumbing layout standards and codes
- Physical capability for tool use and climbing
- Valid driver’s license for transporting tools and materials
- Strong customer service skills
