- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with hotel staff to address guest needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems
