About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated 3rd Grade Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will create a positive and engaging learning environment, develop lesson plans, and foster academic and social growth in students. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into the curriculum
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
- Valid state teaching certification for elementary education
- 1-3 years of teaching experience preferred
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working with children
