- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience operating CNC machinery preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work variable shifts
