About the Role
Develop predictive models identifying at-risk patients using longitudinal EHR datasets covering 5 million lives. Analyze genomics, claims, and clinical data to improve disease intervention strategies. Your insights will inform clinical protocols at 200+ medical facilities nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Build ML models for medical outcome prediction
- Implement population health analytics frameworks
- Conduct causal inference studies
- Design clinical trial simulation systems
- Develop computable phenotyping algorithms
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
Requirements
- PhD in Biostatistics or Computational Biology
- Experience with OMOP common data model
- Proficiency in R and Python health-stacks
- Understanding of medical terminologies (ICD, SNOMED)
- 3+ publications in health informatics
- Clinical domain knowledge preferred
