About the Role
Source, screen, and engage passive and active candidates, building relationships and closing offers while providing exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and scheduled on-site interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights.
- Manage candidate pipeline and provide updates to hiring managers and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or a related role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Experience with recruiting metrics and analytics.
