About the Role
Spread joy and comfort as a Teddy Bear Maker, handcrafting adorable and high-quality teddy bears for our customers of all ages. In this creative role, you’ll bring our beloved teddy bear designs to life using your exceptional sewing and craftsmanship skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow detailed patterns and instructions to create teddy bears and other stuffed animals
- Select appropriate materials, fabrics, and stuffing for each design
- Operate sewing machines and other specialized equipment
- Hand-finish and add final details to each teddy bear
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Assist with inventory management and quality control
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent sewing skills and familiarity with various fabrics and materials
- Experience with teddy bear making, doll making, or related craftsmanship is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physical capability to sit, stand, and use hands for extended periods
