Become the driving force behind department success at CityMart Retailers as a Retail Department Manager. Specialize in managing teams, merchandise presentation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor retail staff through training/development
- Implement sales strategies and inventory best practices
- Coordinate visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Analyze department performance metrics weekly/monthly
- Process transactions and perform cash register audits
- Lead floor staff during busy shifts and special events
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 3+ years retail management experience preferred
- Proven leadership skills with strong communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with knowledge of POS systems
- Flexibility to work closing/opening shifts as needed
- Problem-solving mentality focusing on operational improvement
