About the Role
Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You’ll provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring patient comfort. This role is critical to maintaining high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms
- Report changes in patient condition to nurses
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Follow infection control protocols
Requirements
- Valid CNA certification in the state
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of healthcare experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Compassionate and patient-focused
