About the Role
Join our enthusiastic retail team at Peak Outdoors. You’ll provide exceptional customer service and product expertise to passionate outdoor enthusiasts in our flagship Seattle store.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers through product demonstrations
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock rotations
- Handle cash register transactions per peak times
- Collaborate with teammates on store promotions
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and safety standards
- Promote brand loyalty through product upselling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail experience preferred
- Passion for hiking, camping, or outdoor sports
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for weekends/holiday shifts
- Basic computer skills for POS systems
