About the Role
Join our AI-driven startup as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning. You’ll design scalable ML models, collaborate with data scientists, and deploy solutions impacting healthcare analytics. Your work will directly enhance predictive tools used by thousands of clinicians.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms for real-time data processing
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate models into production systems
- Conduct A/B testing to refine model performance
- Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
- Implement cloud-based solutions for model deployment
- Stay updated with advancements in ML frameworks
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in ML
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong grasp of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with NLP or computer vision projects
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related field
- Published research or open-source contributions in ML
