About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic HR leader to shape our talent strategy. Oversee full HR function, including talent acquisition, leadership development and compensation planning.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term people strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead all talent acquisition strategies + executive recruitment
- Create employee development programs + mentor leadership teams
- Implement competitive compensation and benefits structures
- Champion diversity, equity & inclusion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor relations and employment laws
- Develop annual HR budgeting + workforce planning models
- Drive employee engagement programs + culture initiatives
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 10+ years HR management experience at director level
- Proven employee relations and conflict resolution skills
- Extensive experience with compensation benchmarking + metrics
- Strong knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS)
- Track record of creating inclusive workplace cultures
- Change management experience in complex organizational environments
