About the Role
Lead our data science team in developing predictive models that drive business decisions. You’ll oversee AI product development, establish ML Ops practices, and present insights to executive stakeholders. Impact millions of users through data-driven innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage team of 5-7 data scientists
- Design end-to-end ML pipelines
- Develop customer segmentation models
- Optimize recommendation algorithms
- Collaborate with engineering on deployment
- Establish KPIs for model performance
- Present findings to C-suite
Requirements
- MS/PhD in Data Science or related
- 7+ years in predictive analytics
- Expertise in Python/R, TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Experience with big data tools (Spark/Hadoop)
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong statistics fundamentals
- Cloud ML platform experience
