About the Role
Join our hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable check-in and check-out experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests efficiently and courteously
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and concerns
- Upsell and cross-sell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
- Follow established security and safety procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluency in multiple languages (a plus)
- Availability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
