About the Role
Lead front desk operations at a 200+ room property, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure. Manage reservations, billing, and team development while achieving service excellence targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team of 12+ front desk staff
- Optimize room inventory and rate management
- Resolve escalated guest concerns effectively
- Monitor and improve service KPIs
- Conduct training and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with housekeeping and sales departments
- Implement revenue management strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years hotel front desk management experience
- Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar
- Proven conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Multilingual abilities a plus
