About the Role
Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse, providing direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. You’ll administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and assist with daily living activities in a fast-paced skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with admission and discharge processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Provide wound care and basic nursing procedures
- Document patient care accurately in EHR system
- Educate patients and families on care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in state of practice
- 1+ years clinical experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
