Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and Treatments
- Assist with patient discharge planning
- Coordinate care with physicians and specialists
- Ensure compliance with medical guidelines
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Active RN license in Florida
- Minimum 3+ years medical-surgical experience
- ACLS and PALS certification
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Commitment to patient privacy and compliance
