About the Role
Mid-level warehouse supervisor needed to oversee shipping operations at our Miami distribution center. You’ll manage a team of 15 associates while ensuring safety, accuracy, and productivity metrics are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflow for inbound/outbound operations
- Train and evaluate warehouse associates
- Conduct safety meetings and inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems
- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Troubleshoot shipping/logistics issues
- Create performance reports for management
Requirements
- 3+ years warehouse experience
- 1+ year supervisory experience
- Forklift certification
- WMS software proficiency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments
- High school diploma required, associate degree preferred
