About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and supporting physicians and registered nurses in delivering comprehensive healthcare services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients’ health and record vital signs
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Assist with patient hygiene and comfort
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of employment
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
