About the Role
Green Valley Healthcare seeks compassionate LPNs to provide patient care in our assisted living facility. Administers medications, monitors vital signs, and collaborates with RNs to deliver quality geriatric care.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine patient assessments
- Administer prescribed medications
- Monitor and document symptoms
- Assist with mobility and daily living activities
- Coordinate with therapy departments
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- Active LPN license in state
- 1+ years clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Gerontology experience preferred
- Strong observational skills
- Physical stamina for 8hr shifts
