About the Role
Ford Motor Company is hiring Production Operators for our assembly plant in Detroit. You will work on the production line, assembling vehicles and ensuring high quality standards. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Assemble components according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Follow safety protocols and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production targets and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend for long shifts
- Basic understanding of safety practices
- Willingness to work in shifts (day, night, weekend)
- Reliable transportation to the plant
