About the Role
Join Pacific Northwest Manufacturing as a Production Line Operator. You’ll operate heavy machinery, conduct quality inspections, and maintain equipment in our state-of-the-art auto parts plant.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor assembly line machinery
- Conduct routine quality checks on products
- Identify and resolve minor operational issues
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with team leads on process improvement
- Follow safety procedures to maintain plant hygiene
- Assist with inventory restocking in work areas
- Train new technicians on line protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Manual dexterity for hands-on tasks
- Previous experience operating CNC machines preferred
- Ability to read technical specifications
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
