About the Role
Green Valley Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. You’ll provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs and physicians. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with ADLs and mobility support
- Document patient care accurately in EHR system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain infection control protocols
- Educate patients and families on care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license in state of practice
- 1+ years clinical nursing experience
- CPR/BLS certification
- Knowledge of nursing care methods
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for rotating shifts
